BACKGROUND CHECK TERMS & AGREEMENT

For the safety and security of all Homeschool Iowa attendees and their children, Homeschool Iowa Conference and Children’s Program volunteers 16 years of age and older will be required to comply with a third party background check. Due to the nature of the world we live in, those who refuse to comply will not be allowed to participate as volunteers. Previous volunteers are required to submit a new background check each year. Homeschool Iowa utilizes a secure Christian organization to perform these background checks.
Background checks must be completed by May 20, 2017

WHO: All full-time conference volunteers
WHERE: Colonial Lanes Bowling • 2253 Old Highway 218 • Iowa City, Iowa 52246
WHEN: Thursday, June 1 • 7:00 - 9:00pm
COST: Free to all conference volunteers • $10 for each additional family member

Additional items are available for purchase at your own expanse. Volunteers must provide their own transportation to this event. Once volunteers have checked out of the conference venue following their work shift, they will not be under the responsibility of Homeschool Iowa.

Registration for this event must be completed by the close of volunteer registration.
