REMEMBER: 2027 Graduation participants must have a HI membership valid for 2027.NEW members, when you purchase a membership, it will have a 2027 expiration date.CURRENT members, if your membership has a 2026 expiration date,we will make sure it is set to auto-renew for 2027.(LIFETIME members are automatically eligible.)
IMPORTANT: Registration requires TWO (2) separate steps, with TWO (2) separate fees.
STEP #1: Select the Graduate Registration option below to sign up for the graduation ceremony.
STEP #2: Use the link provided in the registration confirmation to complete a separate Graduation Supplies order.
The first step registers your graduate for the service. The second step secures your graduate's diploma, diploma case, cap, tassel, and gown.
The graduation supplies order fee will depend upon when you place your order (there are significant early early-order discounts) and upon whether or not you order a new cap and gown.
ALTERNATIVE OPTION: We do allow graduates to wear a cap and gown from a previous Homeschool Iowa graduate. This can reduce your costs by over $40, if you are able to obtain a used cap and gown.
IMPORTANT: If you choose not to order a cap & gown from our supplier, you are responsible for locating and obtaining a cap and gown from a previous Homeschool Iowa graduate. The cap and/or gown must be the matte blue versions from a previous Homeschool Iowa Graduation AND the cap and /or gown must be well-fitted to your graduate.
Even if you decide to order a new cap and gown, the STEP 2 fees can be as low as ~$45, if you order early.

Besides current Homeschool Iowa family membership, there are three (3) requirements for all graduates applying for participation in the Homeschool Iowa Graduation Ceremonies:

Graduation Photographs
Purchase a coupon redeemable for a professionally produced 5"x7" group photograph of the 2027 Homeschool Iowa graduates AND a 4"x6" individual photograph of your graduate. Available for advance purchase on this registration form as long as it is accessible. After that, photographs must be purchased at higher cost directly from the photographer after the May 8th ceremony.
Graduation MP4
Purchase a professionally produced digital recording of the 2027 Homeschool Iowa Graduation ceremony. Available for advance purchase on this registration form as long as it is accessible. After that, digital MP4s must be purchased at a higher cost, directly from the videographer, after the May 8th ceremony.
Cancellation & Refund PolicyCancellation requests for 2026 Homeschool Iowa Graduation registrations will only be accepted through March 31, 2027. After March 31, 2027, or if our graduation supplier has already completed your order, no refunds will be issued. Registration cancellation notifications must be received by mail or email. A $5 cancellation fee will be applied to any issued refunds to cover online registration and credit card processing fees.
